Returns

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or special-order motorcycles
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Services (such as registration or delivery fees)

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If the item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately—we will make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same model, send us an email at support@besttimemotorcycles.com and we’ll assist you with the process.
